Remote Installation Service
Refund Eligibility

- Cancellation made 24 hours or more before scheduled appointment
- Technical issues on our end prevent service delivery
- We are unable to complete the installation due to our limitations
✗ No Refund Available
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours before appointment
- Service has already been performed
- Customer no-show for scheduled appointment
- Installation cannot be completed due to customer's system limitations or incompatibility
- Customer refuses to provide necessary access or information
Note: If we determine the installation cannot be completed due to system incompatibility during the appointment, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
Self-Service Installation

- Request made within 7 days of purchase
- Installation materials have not been downloaded or accessed
- No support tickets have been opened
✗ No Refund Available
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- Installation guides or videos have been downloaded or viewed
- Support services have been utilized
Note: Once you access the installation materials, the purchase is considered final. We recommend reviewing the service description carefully before purchasing.
Consultation Service
Refund Eligibility

The $1 consultation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances because:
- Technician contact information is provided immediately upon payment
- The service is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
- The nominal fee covers administrative costs
Important: By purchasing the consultation service, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to technician contact information and that no refunds will be issued.
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your account at our website
- Navigate to your order in the dashboard
- Click "Request Refund" or contact our support team via the contact form
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
Processing Time
- Review: 1-2 business days
- Approval: Immediate notification via email
- Refund to payment method: 5-10 business days
Refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Special Circumstances
Service Failures
If we fail to deliver the service as described due to technical issues on our end, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the standard policy terms.
Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same service, we will immediately refund the duplicate charges.
Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe your payment information was used without authorization, contact us immediately. We will work with you and Stripe to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can take weeks to resolve and may result in:
- Suspension of your account
- Additional fees from your bank
- Longer resolution time compared to our refund process
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly. Most refund requests are processed within 48 hours.
